1. The service

StaiAici is a service that helps you find homes on the Romanian real estate market. Basic use is free, while advanced features (unlimited automatic alerts and full FindMatch) are available through an optional paid Premium subscription, billed via Telegram Stars. By using this service you agree to these terms.

2. No guarantees

Listing data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of displayed data. Always verify directly with the seller.

3. Listing content

Listings shown through StaiAici reflect what is publicly available on the Romanian real estate market. We respect applicable terms of use and do not retain copyright-protected content beyond what is needed to run the service.

4. Acceptable use

This service is intended for personal use.

5. Payments and Premium subscription

Basic use of StaiAici is free. The Premium subscription is optional and is paid exclusively in Telegram Stars, directly within the Telegram app. We do not collect or process any card or bank details; payment is handled by Telegram.

The Premium subscription is billed monthly, every 30 days, at 250 Telegram Stars (approximately 25 RON or 5 €), and renews automatically each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time directly within Telegram; cancellation stops future renewals, and Premium access stays active until the end of the current period. The RON and EUR amounts are indicative and depend on Telegram's current Stars rate. Payments are processed by Telegram and are subject to Telegram's terms. Refunds are handled in accordance with Telegram's policies for Telegram Stars.

6. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
